A true classic this 36 ft offers the ideal all year round retreat. benefiting from many modern upgrades such as new wiring, plastic and stainless fuel and water tanks, new alternator and refurbished starter etc the owner has successfully managed to retain all the character of a bygone era. With warm air heating she is a true all year rounder. Stored in a wetshed the varnish and woodwork need no attention. She was last out of the water in May 2010 where the hull was treated to new caulking and "Butt" pads where needed.
That's the good news....Now the not so good, She was surveyed in October 2011 where it was found that there is a lot of planking needing replacing below the waterline...approx 200ft along with a section of the keel.
So the boat is now offered as a "Project" but the price does reflect this.
