We have had several new listings recently. This 30 foot narrowboat with Cruiser Stern comes with a mooring at Broxbourne.

This is a lovely little starter boat for a couple or family. A bit of TLC will be well rewarded. She is old but she appears to have been well maintained.

She could also serve as a small live-aboard.
