Broker's Comments
This is a Jeanneau Espace 1100 and she is the lift keel version - Nice! Very popular in her day for providing lots of space with the addition of the interior helm position inside, wonderful for the inclement UK weather. Could be classed as similar in style/layout as your Moody Eclipse or Nauticat's. Her lift keel allows for shallow depths of sailing. This particular yacht has received a lot of attention to refurb lately as you can see from the photos.

Owner comments;
I’ve had the pleasure of owning her for the past 14 years, during which she’s been at the heart of countless adventures with both friends and family. From relaxed weekends cruising the Solent to more ambitious passages across Biscay to Northern Spain, she has always risen to the occasion with confidence and ease.
She is a wonderfully safe and reassuring boat, combining real comfort with a bright, social saloon that makes time onboard a joy. Her powerful and exceptionally reliable engine ensures stress-free passages when the wind is light or unfavourable. The galley is a true delight to cook in, with plenty of working space, and has been the setting for many memorable meals shared at sea.
A fully enclosed cockpit tent, complete with fitted cushions, creates a welcoming extension of the living space—particularly valuable in the UK climate. Whether for family cruising, entertaining, or longer voyages, she has proven herself a dependable and rewarding companion.
