Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Fairline Corniche 31 for sale currently moored at Chelsea Harbour, West London.
This boat has been used as a liveaboard for the last few years and makes a comfortable pied-a-terre in a great location near to transport links.
Arranged with a large open plan, bright saloon with seating area, galley and separate dinette. The double cabin in the bow has decent storage.
Engines are running fine and the boat was copper coated in 2015. The boat was last out of the water in 2018. The engines were serviced last in November 2018.
The leisure mooring at Chelsea Harbour could be transferred to the new owner via application to marina management. Current mooring fees are £5,700 per annum approx.
