Comentario del broker
Here we have a nice example of the ever popular Elysian 27 aft cockpit diesel cruiser.
This boat is still in her original gelcoat top and bottom.
She is powered by a well-running and recently serviced BMC 1.5 Diesel which has just had a new raw water pump. The engine starts and runs as it should and she shifts gears as she ought to too.
As well as being serviced in July this year, she was last out of the water for antifouling in Jan 2022. Her BSS runs to May 2023 and her Broads toll is also paid to April 2023.
This boat has a separate forward cabin with door that shuts the area off from the saloon that also can be configured as a further double. The galley is well equipped and she has a fridge in the cockpit. Her cockpit is all standard Elysian and appears to be in good overall condition. The boat would benefit from a good internal clean, however, other than that she offers great space and accommodation and a good sized boat from which to enjoy the Broads.
The only negative points on this boat are that the deck treadways would soon benefit from repainting and the Gel on the coach roof has been polished through in some areas. All minor and easily fixable and the boat is offered, and priced, with this in mind
