Broker's Comments
Fully refitted in 2014, the photos can't portray the quality of the internal fit-out of the beautifully sculpted Dutch Barge. The accommodation is wide and spacious, with lots of natural light from the overhead hatches. The galley boasts all modern conveniences and 6 burner hob. The solid fuel stove is centrally located in the saloon with additional central heating provided by the diesel-powered boiler. A large saloon table converts in a double bed, and carefully design desk provides an ideal space for home working. Moving forward there is a luxury bathroom with a full-sized bath and shower, hand basin and an electric flushing toilet which goes to a holding tank.
A cabin with two single berths, storage, and a convenient basin make ideal quarters for guests or children. The master suite offers plenty of storage and a full-sized double bed.
At the stern of the vessel is a large workshop with access to the engine compartment and other service units.
There is a bow thruster fitted to the vessel, but the motor has been removed for repair.
Current mooring fees are approximately £900/month.
