Broker's Comments

This 1981 LM 27 has been in the same family since 1990 and she is nicely presented and ready to use.

The LM27 is a popular cruiser / sailing boat and she has spacious accommodation for a boat just over 27ft long, as well as headroom height that will allow a person 6ft tall to move around the boat without the need to permanently stoop.

The engine has just had a major overhaul / rebuild and the owners have spent over £2K on the BUKH engine.

A dinghy and outboard are also included in the price.

If you are looking for a cruiser/ sailing boat in good condition this one should definitely be on your short list.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

What I'm really looking for is a motorsailor with forwand and aft cabins, completely enclosed wheelhouse with side entrances to the wheel wheelhouse/Helm. Glass/plastic roof window to observe the sails and rigging. I've seen only a couple offered so far, with many having open cockpits aft even with a tiller.
