Broker's Comments

This is a nice little example of these popular forward drive Broom DC30 cruisers. She has been extensively improved by her current owner and re-fitted throughout in recent years.

The engine has been serviced and appears to start and run nicely. She benefits from a sliding roof, spacious seating well at the front and a smaller well and additional seating to the rear, each with their own doors. Recent covers front and rear enclose and protect these areas from the weather.

Inside she has a double cabin in the rear and the saloon converts into an additional double. The saloon has been a recent professional boat yard refit. The large heads compartment has a shower, sink, chemical toilet, additional storage under sink and the shower tray is accessed by lifting up the mat. There is a full size refrigerator in the refitted galley with Thetford triplex gas cooker that has seen little use, plus she has mains shore power and inverter. Also, three new batteries have recently been fitted.

Broads river toll paid until April 2024
Current Boat safety Certificate.

She has a few knocks and scrapes as you would expect from a Broads river cruiser of this age and there are a couple of minor DIY jobs to do inside, mostly a few door catches to adjust, and the like. Overall she represents a good value Broads cruiser that has a lot to offer.
