Companionway leads down from large sundeck into a large comfortable main salon. Forward and down is the galley with large dinette port and galley to starboard. The guest bath is to starboard and also has a separate stall shower. The forward cabin has two single stacked berths. Both heads have vacuflush toilets. Two small TVs, Blaupunkt CD/AM/FM Stereo on Bridge, Pioneer CD/FM/AM in Salon
No cabin heating system is aboard presently -- though one can be installed to the buyer's specification as part of a purchase agreement.

Comentario del broker
This Californian 35 is unusual in that few were made with the aft cabin master suite. The single helm station is on the flybridge (enclosed with a bimini and eisenglass) which increases the usable interior space below. The boat has a large covered sundeck/cockpit with open access to the flybridge area. The owner is having the upholstery replaced on the helm seating and bench. The large salon windows have mini-blinds for privacy and big open sliders for warm days. For a 35 foot boat this Californian has a remarkable amount of interior space.
